FAQs
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a high-quality method where your design is printed on a special film and then heat-pressed onto fabric. It delivers vibrant, full-color results and works on a variety of materials including cotton, polyester, and blends — with no pre-treatment or weeding needed.
Can I bring my own garments to be embroidered?
Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own blank apparel. We’ll inspect each item before confirming it’s suitable for embroidery. Please note: we’re not liable for damage to customer-supplied items.
What can be embroidered?
We can embroider logos, names, and custom artwork on items like t-shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, hats, and tote bags. If it’s fabric, we can likely stitch on it!
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We recommend a minimum of 20 pieces to get the best value per unit. The moreyou order, the better the pricing. Ideal for businesses, teams, and events looking to maximise their budget.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes! You can upload your own artwork, or we can assist you with design creation. We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and more. Just make sure the files are high-resolution for best results.
How fast is turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the size of your order and design complexity. Typically, orders are completed within 10 -15 business days. Rush orders may be available — just ask!
Can I mix embroidery and DTF in one order?
Of course! We can combine both techniques to suit your design needs — for example, a logo embroidered on the front and a DTF graphic on the back of a shirt.
